Insurance Account Representative – Customer Success

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join our Customer Success Team at Rachel Mah Poy Insurance & Financial Services in Calgary. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to existing policyholders, promoting our insurance solutions, and helping clients protect what matters most.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑centric service for existing insurance plans, ensuring a “wow” experience.
• Explain insurance products clearly and answer client inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Respond promptly and accurately to service requests, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Meet deadlines with precision and thoroughness.

Required profile

• General Level 1 Insurance License.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
• Sales experience in outside/inside sales, retail, or telemarketing (preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, diligent and proactive problem‑solver.
