Infrastructure Cloud Engineer – Remote (PST)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud environments for our enterprise clients. The role is fully remote, but you must work on Pacific Standard Time hours to align with our global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot on‑premises Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper‑V, and clustering services.
• Deploy and manage hyper‑converged solutions such as Azure Stack HCI.
• Design and operate Azure workloads covering compute, storage, networking, governance, Azure Arc, and Azure Policy.
• Integrate enterprise storage platforms (NetApp, SAN, HPE Nimble) and ensure data protection using Rubrik Security Cloud and Azure Site Recovery.
• Administer SQL Server Enterprise environments with high‑availability and disaster‑recovery configurations.
• Implement security controls with Tanium, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Monitor infrastructure health using New Relic and Azure Monitor.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform and GitHub‑based CI/CD pipelines, leveraging AI‑assisted tools for efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing enterprise on‑premises infrastructure.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure in hybrid settings.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, enterprise connectivity).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams.
