Human Resources Recruiter (Toronto)

About the role

The Human Resources Recruiter will join Limen’s Toronto team to lead the full‑cycle recruitment process for construction and engineering projects. You will ensure a smooth, inclusive experience for candidates while supporting the company’s growth across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using multiple channels.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage offer preparation and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR and operations leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Limen at recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, equity and inclusion principles, and Ontario employment law.
• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CHRP/CHRL designation (completed or in progress) is an asset.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering or related industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• HRIS tools familiarity.
• Professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
