About the role
The Human Resources Recruiter will join Limen’s Toronto team to lead the full‑cycle recruitment process for construction and engineering projects. You will ensure a smooth, inclusive experience for candidates while supporting the company’s growth across Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates using multiple channels.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage offer preparation and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with HR and operations leaders to understand staffing needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Limen at recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, equity and inclusion principles, and Ontario employment law.
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- CHRP/CHRL designation (completed or in progress) is an asset.
- Experience recruiting for construction, engineering or related industries is a plus.
Required skills
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
- HRIS tools familiarity.
- Professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
