Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support all core HR functions. This role will work closely with employees at every level, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update HR data in Workday and generate accurate reports.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality standards.
• Assist with HRIS administration, data integrity, and system improvements.
• Prepare and deliver HR communications using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong multitasking ability and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and confidential matter handling.
• Availability to work onsite every day.
