Human Resources Generalist – Full-time, $70k, Downtown

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, people‑focused Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the HR Leader, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to off‑boarding, while delivering high‑quality service to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding for business support and professional roles.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource, maintaining accurate employee records and administering HRIS data.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, compensation planning, salary benchmarking and related reporting.
• Support benefits and retirement program administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Contribute to policy development, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and assist with employee‑relations matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs and milestone celebrations.
