Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle at Zenith, ensuring accurate HR data, smooth onboarding and off‑boarding, and reliable reporting. This role acts as a trusted partner to the HR team, helping to improve processes and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Prepare and administer employment documentation such as offer letters, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, work permits, and termination paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems through regular audits.
• Generate recurring and ad‑hoc reports on headcount, turnover, hiring activity, compensation, and other workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings, and provide insights for retention initiatives.
• Support HRIS administration, including troubleshooting, testing system enhancements, and assisting with implementations.

Required profile

• Strong administrative capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Data‑driven mindset and comfort working with HR systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and HR partners.
