Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our Oshawa office. The role will act as a trusted advisor to managers, driving employee engagement, talent management and HR strategy execution in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of HR programs including employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to provide guidance on HR policies, talent strategy and compensation decisions.
• Manage complex employee concerns, conduct investigations and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver HR learning sessions and training on performance management, succession planning and HR systems.
• Analyse HR metrics, create visual reports and advise senior leadership on data‑driven decisions.
• Develop communication materials to support new processes, systems and technology roll‑outs.
• Stay current with Canadian employment legislation and progressive HR practices to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• On‑site availability for the Oshawa, Ontario location.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• University degree; HR certification is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
