Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support our growing HR team. In this role you will help ensure smooth HR operations, from recruitment to employee onboarding and record management, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking system entries.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation, set up employee files, and verify required documentation.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and keep employee records up to date.
• Assist in monitoring HR procedures, compliance standards, and preparing reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance review processes.
• Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meeting schedules, and prepare related documents.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
