Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our growing HR team. In this role you will help ensure smooth HR operations, from recruitment to employee onboarding and record management, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation and maintain accurate employee files.
• Respond to HR‑related inquiries and keep employee records up to date.
• Assist in monitoring HR procedures, compliance standards and preparing reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs and performance review administration.
• Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meeting schedules and prepare HR‑related documents.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership team as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word.
