Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support our growing HR team. The role involves providing administrative and operational assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record management, compliance, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation; maintain recruitment records.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation, set up employee files and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and maintain accurate employee databases and filing systems.
• Assist in monitoring HR procedures, compliance standards and preparation of reports and metrics.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, performance review administration and internal communications.
• Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meeting schedules and provide administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership team.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
