Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are a growing organization focused on creating an inclusive, employee‑focused workplace. The Human Resources Assistant will support day‑to‑day HR activities, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, record‑keeping and employee engagement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation and maintain employee files.
• Answer HR‑related inquiries and keep employee records up to date.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support preparation of HR reports, metrics and documentation.
• Help administer employee policies, handbooks and workplace procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programs and company events.
• Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meeting schedules and prepare related documents.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
