HR Advisor

About the role

The HR Advisor provides day‑to‑day HR advisory and operational support across core programs, processes, and employee‑lifecycle activities. Working closely with the Director, HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and business leaders, you will help deliver consistent, high‑quality HR services to leaders and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide confidential, responsive HR support to leaders and employees across assigned client groups.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs and business leaders on workforce activities and organizational priorities.
• Guide day‑to‑day HR matters such as policy interpretation, recruitment, performance management and employee lifecycle events.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to the Director, HRBP.
• Support delivery of core HR programs including performance management, objective setting, employee engagement surveys, talent management and year‑end processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve program execution, employee experience and manager support.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a service‑oriented mindset.
