Housekeeping Team Leader

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across its Québec‑Charlevoix location. You will lead a large maintenance crew, coordinate with other resort departments and guarantee that every guest experiences a welcoming, immaculate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Lead and motivate a team of 30‑50 housekeeping and maintenance staff to meet daily targets.
• Manage stock levels, identify supply needs and prepare purchase orders.
• Ensure all work complies with Club Med’s quality, health and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with reception, laundry, catering and other resort services.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting innovative equipment and processes.
