About the role
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily operations at The Cambie Bar & Grill in Vancouver. The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily operations.
- Monitor and improve staff performance.
- Recruit, schedule, and train bar staff.
- Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Provide high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of bar management experience.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Serving It Right Certificate.
- Available for evening, night, day, and weekend shifts.
- Dental and health care benefits.
