Guest Services Agent – Remote Camp (Snow Lake, MB)

About the role

As a Guest Services Agent at Dexterra’s remote camp in Snow Lake, Manitoba, you will be the first point of contact for guests staying at the lodge. Working on a 3‑weeks‑on / 1‑week‑off rotation, you will ensure a welcoming, safe and comfortable experience for internal and external visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assign rooms, issue keys or access cards, and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Maintain accurate occupancy records and update client information.
• Book, confirm, modify reservations and handle guest inquiries about amenities, directions and schedules.
• Distribute daily reports, morning briefings and weekly billing statements.
• Provide orientation on camp rules, policies, emergency procedures and facility services.
• Collect and log Lost & Found items and guest feedback.
• Support special events, décor setup and administrative paperwork.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow health, safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliability to adhere to the 3‑weeks‑on/1‑week‑off schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for internal and external correspondence.
