Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-focused) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will work on building responsive user interfaces while collaborating with backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise robust frontend solutions using React, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Contribute to backend systems with Node.js and, when required, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and usability across the stack.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions within a distributed team.
• Research and apply industry best practices to improve applications and workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience building responsive UIs with React, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Track record of working as a full-stack or frontend-focused engineer on production web projects.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What we offer

• Contract rate between $30 and $90 per hour.
• Remote work with flexible weekly commitment (10‑40 hours).
