Full Lifecycle Recruiter, Field Hiring

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its field hiring teams. You will partner with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to design sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and close offers within tight timelines. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality recruitment service while meeting internal service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including passive candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and track recruitment metrics, benchmarks, and service level agreements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve recruitment processes and support long‑term growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
