Fitness & Wellness Consultant – Onsite (North York)

About the role

Join TELUS Health as a Fitness & Wellness Consultant working onsite at a corporate fitness centre in North York, Toronto. You will deliver engaging wellness experiences, manage daily operations, and foster a healthy workplace community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitness centre operations, conduct walkthroughs, maintain supplies, and coordinate with building services.
• Teach one 60‑minute fitness class each day and coordinate additional group classes such as yoga, Pilates, strength, and mindful movement.
• Facilitate meditation, stretch, and wellness breaks while supporting internal wellness campaigns.
• Track attendance, promote participation, and ensure safety through inspections, audits, and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Fitness, Health Promotion, Workplace Wellness, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Current group fitness instructor certification.
• Current personal training certification.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
