Filler Operator

About the role

The Filler Operator joins Mark Anthony Brewing’s Surrey production team to ensure containers are accurately filled before packaging and shipment. This permanent, full‑time position works across all shifts in a fast‑paced brewery environment, supporting product quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust filling machines, performing changeovers, start‑up and shut‑down.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE and sanitation standards.
• Conduct CIP (clean‑in‑place) procedures on equipment to uphold product quality.
• Support QA by preparing batch records and inspecting date codes, weights, labels and bottles.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and fine‑tune machines to meet product specifications.
• Assist with inventory control and routine equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn new processes and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, safety‑focused and able to work all shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Positive attitude and good verbal and written communication skills.
