Supply Chain Project Coordinator

We are growing and seeking a Supply Chain Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Surrey.

Key responsibilities

• Enter awarded items and COs into Infor for production processing and tracking.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, on‑budget and within scope.
• Track and analyze project performance, expenditures and report variances to management.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource planning, availability and allocation.
• Translate project requirements into tasks, schedules and assign responsibilities.
• Communicate changes in scope, schedule or costs to management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and close projects with hand‑over to operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in business, operations or related field; Project Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum three years of project coordination experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
