Fence Installer – Construction

About the role

Canadian Fence is seeking a reliable Fence Installer to join our outdoor construction team in Edmonton. You will be responsible for installing and repairing both exterior and interior prefabricated products, primarily fences, while delivering professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install exterior and interior prefabricated products according to layout plans.
• Repair and service installed products as needed.
• Determine installation procedures and prepare work materials.
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in fence installation or related construction work.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record; vehicle provided by employer.
• Physical ability to handle loads up to 45 kg (100 lb) and work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
• Certifications: Working at Heights, First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, Fall Arrest Protection, CSTS.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
