Family Practitioner / General Practitioner – Job Share (0.5 FTE Clinic + 0.5 FTE Hospital)

About the role

This is a unique job‑share opportunity for a Family Practitioner or General Practitioner. You will split your time between a collaborative outpatient clinic (0.5 FTE) and a hospital or elective setting (0.5 FTE), allowing you to maintain continuity of care while diversifying your clinical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage a shared panel of patients with a fellow physician in a team‑based outpatient environment.
• Provide patient‑centered, continuous primary care and collaborate on treatment plans.
• Deliver inpatient care, emergency coverage, or other hospital‑based duties as part of the 0.5 FTE commitment.
• Optionally engage in teaching, research, procedural work, or other professional pursuits aligned with your interests.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Family Practitioner/General Practitioner.
• Strong commitment to collaborative, patient‑focused practice.
• Desire for flexibility and a balanced mix of clinic and hospital work.
• Ability to work effectively with a co‑physician and multidisciplinary teams.
