Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

TD is looking for a highly strategic Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the identification, attraction and hiring of senior leadership talent across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners, using deep market intelligence and extensive talent networks to build robust leadership pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end executive search mandates for Assistant Vice Presidents and other critical leadership positions.
• Provide senior executives with insights on talent availability, market trends, competitive intelligence and succession planning.
• Develop and execute proactive search strategies to source diverse executive talent.
• Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top industry candidates.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities.
• Deliver a high‑touch candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Leverage talent analytics and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Represent TD externally to enhance the executive employment brand.
• Ensure all search activities adhere to confidentiality, governance and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive recruitment and talent acquisition at a senior level.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive intelligence and succession planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage leadership pipelines.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort using talent analytics.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality and risk‑aware practices.
