About the role

BDC is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the marketing team. The role blends high‑level administrative support with strategic coordination in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple calendars, travel arrangements, supplies, and mail for the CMO and related teams.
  • Organise complex meetings and events across time zones, including stakeholder briefings, candidate interviews, and external guest sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on outcomes from leadership meetings.
  • Anticipate the CMO’s needs by drafting context briefs, tracking priority files, and handling incoming information with sound judgement.
  • Oversee invoice processing, expense account management, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Act as liaison between the marketing team and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Collaborate with fellow Executive Assistants on SMC‑related requests and maintain relationships with external partners.

Required profile

  • Enjoys supporting executive leadership and handling a wide variety of administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrates discretion, diplomacy, and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excels at prioritising multiple responsibilities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Possesses sound judgement and strong organisational skills.
