Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership Support

About the role

As an Executive Assistant at HCA Healthcare UK you will provide high‑level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring their time and priorities are managed efficiently. The role is on‑site and focuses on keeping the executive office running smoothly in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, ever‑changing diaries, meetings and priorities for senior executives.
• Prepare agendas, presentations and take clear, accurate minutes to support decision‑making.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, creating seamless itineraries.
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges for the executive and wider team.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an EA or PA capacity.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communicator with a professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for producing high‑quality documents and presentations.
