Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Research Intern

About the role
The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Office at the Desautels Faculty of Management is looking for a Research Intern to support its EDI initiatives. You will assist with communications, help organize events, and produce short articles summarising EDI activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support EDI communications and draft brief articles or summaries.
- Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, workshops and other events.
- Collaborate with the EDI Director and Senior Advisor on ongoing projects.
- Perform administrative tasks using standard office tools.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled as a Desautels student.
- Strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
- Reliable, organized and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec.

What we offer
- Flexible, hybrid work schedule (mix of onsite and remote).
- Part‑time position (approximately 7 hours per week).
- Hourly wage of $18.60 CAD.
