About the role

Book Depot Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring across multiple brands. You will balance high‑volume needs with specialized roles, build sustainable pipelines, and ensure a top‑tier candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from intake to offer for all business units.
• Partner with leaders to define success profiles, timelines, and compensation alignment.
• Develop and maintain proactive candidate pipelines, especially for high‑volume positions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding fair and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with ESA, OHRC and other relevant legislation; maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies, use metrics to refine strategies, and contribute to scalable recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with Canadian and U.S. exposure.
• Proven ability to support multiple business units or jurisdictions.
• Strong focus on candidate experience, data‑driven outcomes, and continuous improvement.
