Email Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Email Developer to design, build, and optimise email and push notification campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with marketing, product, and CRM teams to deliver personalised, data‑driven communications that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, code and schedule email and push campaigns in SFMC, ensuring accurate segmentation, personalisation and A/B test configuration.
• Create and maintain dynamic content using data extensions, lists and segmentation logic.
• Design and optimise Journey Builder workflows for email and push journeys.
• Perform thorough QA using tools such as Litmus, including rendering checks across devices and accessibility compliance.
• Leverage Einstein AI features to optimise send times and analyse performance.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Production, CRM and external vendors (e.g., Movable Ink) to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to fellow developers and production partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building email and push campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage several projects in a fast‑paced environment.
