Drywall Installer Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Drywall Installer Supervisor to lead a small crew on commercial and residential projects in Calgary. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure quality installation, and maintain a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production reports and other documentation as required.
• Supervise 1‑4 workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate and schedule installation activities across multiple sites.
• Set up machines and equipment, ensuring proper operation.
• Estimate material and labour costs and manage ordering of supplies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation or a related construction field.
• Ability to work on commercial, residential, and office sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
