District Manager – Greater Toronto

About the role

As a District Manager for the Greater Toronto area, you will lead multiple Under Armour retail locations, driving sales performance, operational excellence and brand experience. You will coach Store Managers, oversee store teams and ensure the district meets its omni‑channel objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an omni‑channel strategic plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs across the district.
• Analyze daily sales data and trends to make real‑time business decisions.
• Drive financial performance through service, inventory control, staffing and store presentation.
• Model brand service standards and selling behaviours for all store formats.
• Build customer loyalty using in‑store experience, data capture and endless‑aisle solutions.
• Support new store openings, including recruitment, onboarding, training and load‑in activities.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations on training programs, technology roll‑outs and RFID implementation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, risk control and asset protection.
• Provide performance feedback to Store Managers and Market Managers and lead leadership huddles.
• Develop contingency plans and navigate organizational ambiguity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple retail stores or a large sales district.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales reports and adjust tactics.
• Excellent coaching and people‑development skills.
• Ability to communicate and embody Under Armour’s values and core competencies.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and operational compliance.
