Delivery Specialist – BMW/MINI

About the role

OpenRoad is seeking a Delivery Specialist to support the vehicle delivery process at its BMW/MINI Langley dealership. You will ensure the showroom is presentation‑ready, greet customers, and provide a seamless hand‑over of new and used vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the showroom and keep it attractive at all times.
• Greet customers and deliver excellent service throughout the delivery experience.
• Support the Sales Department during vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate new and used vehicle deliveries among Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Detailing teams.
• Present vehicle features, technology, and specifications to guests.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and readiness before delivery.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to answer any outstanding questions.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy with a strong interest in automotive technology.
• Well‑organized with solid time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a good driving record.
