Lease Portfolio Specialist – BMW/MINI

About the role

The Lease & Portfolio Specialist supports the Sales Management team by executing lease and finance portfolio retention strategies, customer outreach, and appointment coordination. This role manages assigned portfolio customers from initial contact through appointment coordination and follow‑up, aiming to increase retention, upgrade opportunities, and vehicle replacements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute lease and finance portfolio outreach strategies as directed by Sales Management.
• Engage customers at various ownership stages, including lease maturity and early upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate appointments and handoffs between customers, Sales Consultants, and Sales Management.
• Support service‑drive initiatives and identify upgrade or replacement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Management on portfolio activity and opportunity status.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
• High level of organization and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Prior automotive sales, leasing, or customer retention experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership CRM systems; familiarity with Tekion preferred.
