Product Advisor – Automotive Sales

About the role

The Product Advisor will join the BMW Langley dealership within the OpenRoad automotive group, delivering exceptional service to prospective buyers and supporting the sales team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing each client’s vehicle needs and guiding them through the selection process.
• Sell new and pre‑owned vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and ensure accurate delivery paperwork.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of all vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and options, and participate in ongoing training.
• Use effective closing techniques, set monthly sales goals, and collaborate with the service department to foster customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and meet safety policies.
• Current VSA MDC license and a valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internet research and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a computerized sales and record‑keeping system.
• Knowledge of VSA MDC licensing procedures.
