Customer Service Representative

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. In this role you will turn customers into passionate evangelists by delivering exceptional support across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
- Perform data entry in various platforms.
Required profile
- At least 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
