Remote Customer Service Specialist – Pharma

About the role

Alphanumeric is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to support a leading pharmaceutical company's vaccine portfolio. The role involves managing order‑to‑cash and reverse‑distribution processes while providing high‑quality support to customers, trading partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash and reverse‑distribution operations for vaccine orders.
• Provide order entry, administrative assistance, and compliance checks.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and trading partners to understand their needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, e‑commerce and ticketing system inquiries.
• Navigate web browsers and standard business software to resolve issues.
• Apply standard process‑management methodologies to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Valid Canadian work authorization (PR, work permit, SIN).
• Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
• BA/BSc preferred; health or life‑sciences degree is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or health‑sciences sector is an asset.

What we offer

• CAD $19.06 per hour (full‑time, permanent).
• 37.5 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, shifts between 8 am‑6 pm EST.
