Customer Service Representative (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join BC Housing’s Licensing & Consumer Service Branch in Burnaby. Reporting to the Manager, Administration, you will be the first point of contact for callers and email correspondents, helping them navigate housing services and information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about BC Housing programs, licensing processes, and consumer services.
• Maintain and update administrative records related to customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow‑up.

Required profile

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Burnaby on a full‑time schedule.
