Customer Service Associate – Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our evening shift in Burnaby. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring customers receive accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by reviewing prior communications, researching information, and confirming understanding.
• Document each interaction and update customer accounts with accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain stock of products and supplies needed for service delivery.
• Communicate customer requests and vendor concerns to the management team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Friendly, warm demeanor with a positive attitude.
