About the role

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, handle transactions, and respond to inquiries across multiple channels.
• Provide advice on digital, self‑serve, and in‑branch banking options.
• Review customer profiles, conduct needs‑based conversations, and refer opportunities to colleagues.
• Escalate complex issues to managers and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory policies.
• Support operational tasks such as inventory management, cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Contribute to branch business results and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required skills
