FP&A Analyst

About the role

Profound Medical is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Mississauga. The role will support financial planning, forecasting, business analysis and strategic decision‑making across commercial, manufacturing, clinical, R&D and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgets and long‑range strategic plans.
• Maintain and enhance driver‑based forecasting models for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount and cash flow.
• Prepare variance analyses and monitor forecast accuracy to identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyze performance trends, KPIs and operational drivers; develop scenario models for business risk assessment.
• Create and automate reporting solutions, consolidating data from ERP, CRM and manufacturing systems into actionable insights.
• Assist in the development of 1‑year and 3‑year business plans and evaluate capital allocation decisions.
