Customer Service Agent – Part‑Time (YWG)

About the role

WestJet is seeking part‑time Customer Service Agents to join its airport team in Winnipeg. You will be the first in‑person point of contact for guests, helping ensure a safe, smooth, and welcoming airport experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, ticketing, and reservation changes.
• Support self‑serve kiosks and handle service fee processing.
• Provide mobility assistance and guide passengers during aircraft arrivals and departures.
• Execute boarding and de‑planing procedures efficiently.
• Troubleshoot guest itinerary issues and coordinate connections.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Proven punctuality, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Flexibility to work shift schedules in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong English reading skills for virtual, self‑directed training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, specifically Windows‑based software.
