About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Survey Interviewer to join our market research team in Winnipeg. You will conduct telephone or in‑person interviews following structured questionnaires and use computer‑assisted modules to capture responses.
Key responsibilities
- Establish contact with respondents by phone or face‑to‑face and schedule interviews.
- Conduct interviews according to the provided questionnaire and record answers using the interview software.
- Follow computer‑assisted interview modules and ensure data quality.
- Maintain accurate records of each interview and protect respondent confidentiality.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Accurate, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Work in an office setting located in an urban area.
- Public transportation is available for commuting.
