Customer Route Sales Specialist

About the role

Join our team as a Customer Route Sales Specialist and become the face of the company on the road. You will manage a dedicated route, deliver products, and build lasting relationships with customers while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Upsell, cross‑sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value.
• Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers returning.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally.
• Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized.
• Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals.
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, colors and perform basic math accurately.
• Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing (safety‑sensitive role).
