About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank in Calgary, you will be the welcoming face of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals through personalized service and proactive support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service throughout their banking journey.
• Process daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote and demonstrate digital and self‑service banking tools, including mobile banking applications.
• Listen to customer needs, provide clear explanations of products, and resolve issues promptly.
