About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the welcoming face of the Bayview & Weldrick branches. Working 15 hours per week, you will help customers achieve their financial goals while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service throughout their banking journey.
• Process daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote digital and self‑service banking options, including mobile applications.
• Listen to customer needs, offer solutions, and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
