Vice President, Player Growth & Experience

About the role

Western Canada Lottery Corporation is looking for a transformational growth leader to join its Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Vice President, Player Growth & Experience will be accountable for the end‑to‑end player growth agenda and revenue outcomes across product strategy, digital experience, retail, marketing and omnichannel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified growth strategy that attracts, acquires, engages, retains and expands the customer base.
• Lead a team of approximately 60 employees, aligning investments, priorities and performance measures to deliver sustainable results.
• Shape the company’s strategic direction and product roadmap as it transitions from a retail‑focused lottery model to an omnichannel ecosystem.
• Establish and monitor metrics that measure commercial impact, integrating digital, retail and engagement initiatives into a cohesive engine.

• Proven executive track record of driving consumer growth, leading transformation and delivering measurable business results.
• Ability to translate consumer insight, product strategy and data‑driven decision‑making into a cohesive growth agenda.
