Management Trainee

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program and start your career in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Based at our Richmond Hill branch, you will rotate through sales, customer service, retail management and operations to develop a well‑rounded skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners at the branch.
• Learn and apply sales, marketing, finance and operational processes.
• Assist in day‑to‑day branch operations and support the team in delivering excellent service.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Participate in structured training, mentoring and performance reviews.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office).
