Customer Experience Associate – Mississauga

About the role

Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate in Mississauga and be the front‑line representative for our banking customers. You will deliver friendly, accurate service while helping clients find the right banking solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD policies, industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products and refer clients to specialised team members when required.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, escalating non‑standard issues as needed.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant banking solutions.
• Build personal connections with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Contribute to a diverse, equitable workplace by supporting team effectiveness and personal development.
