About the role
Join The Canadian Brewhouse as a Culinary Support team member, working behind the scenes to keep our kitchen running smoothly. No prior experience is required – we provide full training so you can develop your cooking skills and grow within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily back‑of‑house operations, including food preparation and station setup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with health and safety standards.
- Learn and execute a large menu of in‑house made items.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow crew members.
- Identify solutions to operational challenges rather than focusing on problems.
Required profile
- Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
- Dedication to mastering a diverse menu.
- Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
