About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of Church's Chicken Oxford, ensuring profitability and high-quality service. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee budgeting, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets to maximize restaurant profits, covering food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations and adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing in line with budget constraints.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant activities, including staff recruitment and scheduling.
- Balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and supervise a team of 3‑4 employees.
- Participate in marketing plans and their implementation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role.
- Experience supervising a small team (3‑4 people).
